Submit an Event
When submitting an event, please keep in mind that due to the tremendous amount of
submissions we receive, we cannot get back to everyone with feedback.
Every submission we receive gets reviewed. Please do not resubmit your event.
Please submit your event 4-6 weeks in advance for PSA consideration.
Make sure to include the following in your email:
- Organization Name
- Name of nonprofit organization benefiting from event proceeds (if different)
- Organization/event website
- Event date and time
- Event location
- Short summary of event
- Your contact information
Script PSA submission considerations please note the following:
- PSA Scripts need to be timed to precisely :15 or :30 seconds.
- ClearChannel reserves the right to alter copy for grammar, time, or creative purposes.
