Personality Bio
Candy Girl has been the host of "The Cruise-In Hour since June of 2001. She joined WSRZ in the fall of 1998, just 10 days after "Joy the Producer" was born, so both Candy and Joy will celebrate 10 years at the station this year.
Candy started in radio at WGRR in Cincinnati as the weather girl Saturday nights on "Dial-A-Hit" with "Dangerous Dan Allen" .
Her most memorable moments in radio include presenting Tommy James with his birthday cake on stage at the Van Wezel, having Lou Christie sing lullabyes to "Joy the Producer" in the van on the trip from Tampa airport, and being part of the "World's Largest Louie Louie Sing-A-Long" in 1995 at OldiesFest in Cincinnati.
Candy loves classic cars, and her favorite is a toss-up between a 1960 Corvette and a Chevelle SS396.
