Miami-Dade, FL - A South Florida man has been arrested for harassing his ex-girlfriend after he allegedly spray painted offensive graffiti on her vehicle.
Miami-Dade County police arrested 35-year-old Richie Harry Silvestre on Wednesday on charges of harassment and vandalism.
Authorities say Silvestre became upset after learning his ex-girlfriend of a year and a half was now in a new relationship.
Police say Silvestre harassed his ex with texts from multiple numbers, shared explicit photos of her on social media, and vandalized her car by spray painting "puta" on it, causing over $2,000 in damage.
Silvestre reportedly confessed to detectives during a police interrogation.
He currently awaits a bond hearing at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on charges of criminal mischief, harassing phone calls, and online sexual harassment.
